Beth’s Little Bake Shop features Beth’s eye catching and mouth watering creations ranging from perfectly iced cakes to her more rustic breakfast pastries. Her creations have a European taste with an American flair.

We use the very best ingredients when we are baking at Beth’s Little Bake Shop. We make everything from scratch and love to use local ingredients. Using real butter, sugar, the best dairy and locally sourced ingredients, we are able to create our outstanding pastries we know you will love.

We bake all of the breakfast pastries early in the morning and you will love the fresh out-of-the-oven taste. Our cakes and cupcakes are meticulously iced and decorated and you will be thrilled to show them off. Our macarons are painstakingly piped, filled, and aged to perfection. We know that no matter what you taste from Beth’s you will be in a state of bliss!

We're happy to work with you to make something special for your event or special occasion. We require 48 hours notice for any large orders and 1 week notice for any custom cake orders.

Our Story

Our story begins in Beth’s grandmother’s kitchen many years ago. From a young age Beth has had a passion and talent for baking. It didn’t take her long to decide to open her own shop and share her passion with everyone. Beth’s Little Bake Shop offers European-inspired breakfast pastries that are both savory and sweet, cakes, and a variety of desserts that are all baked on site.

Pastry Chef and Owner, Beth Welch opened the shop in 2015. Beth is an Evanston resident with an extensive background in baking and pastry. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she has worked all over the Chicagoland area, gaining valuable experience. She is eager to share her love of European pastries and desserts with you.

Whether you are in the mood for a savory croissant, a cupcake, or a custom cake we are here to help. We use the best ingredients, local specialties, absolutely no preservatives, and everything is made in-house.
