Our story begins many years ago in Beth’s grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age Beth has always had a passion and talent for baking. It didn’t take her long to decide to open her own shop and share her passion with everyone.
An Evanston resident with an extensive background in baking and pastry, Pastry Chef and Owner, Beth Welch opened the shop in June 2015. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she worked all over the Chicagoland area, gaining valuable experience before opening up her own shop. She is eager to share her love of European pastries and desserts with you.
Beth’s Little Bake Shop offers European-inspired breakfast pastries that are both savory and sweet, cakes, and a variety of desserts that are all baked on site.
