Beth , Owner and Pastry Chef
Beth Welch is an Evanston resident with an extensive background in baking and pastry. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she has worked all over the Chicagoland area, gaining valuable experience. She is eager to share her love of European pastries and desserts with you.
